October 6 2011

1. 11.2 Release

   1. No anticipated delays in 11.2 release, so will be released for October 18.

   2. There are a number of bugs but those are being worked on.

   3. Need to make sure the Collection Manager is respecting XACML policies. Also needs to be pulled out into a separate module.

2. 12.1 Release

   1. Basic work underway. The Tech Team met and determined where we need to be by December.

   2. Ben has started porting the current codebase to Drupal 7 and then migrate to Jon's API.

   3. The Coder Module is being run against the code and we are now down to about 200 issues.

   4. Ben will need some help determining what components to pull out, leave in, etc.

   5. Ben will produce both 11.2 and 12.1 "New Release" documents and send them to the team for review. It will follow the model of the New Release Document Model document.

3. Misc

   1. We need to document what constitutes Core.

   2. We also need to document the path for migrating from one release to another. We will use the IslandImagined and CAIRN sites as the test cases, so we need to make sure these requirements are documented.

   3. Discussion of the Form Builder and how to ensure it is maintains the modularity of the codebase.
