IVDXVideoDecoder interface
Discards all cached frame data from the decoder.
void Reset();
This method is not thread-safe.
Errors may not be returned from this function (see SetError()).
This must produce the same effects to the decoder model as IVDXVideoDecoderModel::Reset().
