By 3/31/24, spec and proof of concept for semantic model to CDL export via templates.

By 6/30/24, released Modelica Buildings Library that gets autosizing data from EnergyPlus

By 9/30/24, demonstrated OpenStudio workflow from Spawn.

Karthik works on templates and will reach out to Antoine for zonal HVAC system.

Sen works with Jianjun on finishing auto-tuning, and works on heat recovery wheel and on air filter.

EnergyPlus-Modelica coupling

Update to EnergyPlus 23.1.0, after 10.0.0 release and fixes of some spawn issues below.
