AOP alignment

NREL: By 12/15/23, published release that includes OpenModelica support.
LBNL: By 3/31/24, spec and proof of concept for semantic model to CDL export via templates.
LBNL: By 6/30/24, released Modelica Buildings Library that gets autosizing data from EnergyPlus.
NREL: By 6/28/24, published release that includes auto-sizing.
LBNL: By 9/30/24, demonstrated OpenStudio workflow from Spawn.

OpenStudio integration

Kyle to restart meeting series.

Modelon

Move towards Ubuntu, exact flavor TBD regarding hardening the kernel.

Compiler integration

Works on OpenModelica integration this quarter.

FMI-QSS

Works on relaxation implementation for next couple of weeks, and afterwards writes up SOW for next phase.

Modelica Buildings Library

Spawn related PR at https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/projects/2

Karthik works on templates and will reach out to Antoine for zonal HVAC system.

Sen works with Jianjun on finishing auto-tuning, and works on heat recovery wheel and on air filter.

Autotuning: Discussed with Jianjun and will work on finishing it.

Heat recovery wheel: Sen will create PR in next few days.

Air filter: Sen will send slide with model description and validation.

EnergyPlus-Modelica coupling

Update to EnergyPlus 23.1.0, after 10.0.0 release and fixes of some spawn issues below.
