Description
Following the movement of adding autoware_ prefix to package names in autoware.universe, this PR adds autoware prefix to gnss_poser.
Since the previous PR was merged earlier by mistake and got reverted, I made another one.
Plus, I'll keep this PR as draft because I don't want to make a large movement during the Japanese Obon season.
How was this PR tested?
Confirmed that gnss_poser launches and works as normal with the AWF/autoware.universe (with PR 8323).
