I think it looks good. Some comments:

1. In the dashboard, add a listing for records in requested status, or perhaps all owned records with filtering for status?
2. Remove cancel my account option from user edit page
3. Filters for software records on the software_records index view
   • Status
   • Type
4. Have menu options expanded by default on sidebar, instead of making user click to expand.
