Area(s) with issue?
FancyZones, Workspaces
Steps to reproduce
When I launch a Workspace and try to use Fancy Zones on the newly opened windows by dragging them while holding Shift, the Fancy Zones aren't activated. Fancy Zones still activate with other windows/apps not opened by Workspaces, or if I completely close the apps opened by Workspaces and then reopen them (creating a new PID).
✔️ Expected Behavior
I'd expect the windows opened by Workspaces to be draggable into a Fancy Zone just like any other window
❌ Actual Behavior
Windows opened by Workspaces don't snap into a Fancy Zone
Other Software
Windows 10 version 22H2 (OS build 19045.4842)
