Launch a workspace

✔️ Expected Behavior

Windows created via Workspaces can be used with FancyZones (i.e. Shift+Ctrl+Click/Drag to move among zones)

❌ Actual Behavior

FancyZones does not activate when using windows created via Workspace, but still works with other windows opened manually (of the same and different types).
