This release contains the following items:
- Fully functional Hypnos Board circuitry schematic
- The PCB design of the Hypnos Board for its integration with existing systems following Arduino UNO PCB layout
- The firmware of the Attiny85 cooperative processing chip to receive and accumulate readings from the LTC4150 Coulomb counter
