Estrogen Patch
The estrogen patch provides a long-term reusable method of obtaining Girl Power. While worn on the player's thigh, its estrogen count will slowly be depleted by 1mb per every 300 ticks, while giving the player Girl Power I for as long as the patch isn't empty. Once empty, it must be refilled using a spout with Liquid Estrogen.
Prior to version 4.2.0 of Create: Estrogen, estrogen patches were stackable to obtain up to Girl Power IV, which lasted indefinitely while equipped. Now, they must be refilled periodically be default, while the old behavior can be recreated using the estrogen patch configuration options.

The chance of failure is 20%, where the output may instead be horse urine, estrogen pills, paper, or slime balls.

In order to function, the estrogen patch must be equipped in the player's thigh slot. This is accessible through an accessory mod such as Trinkets, Curios, or Accessories. Once equipped, the player will be given Girl Power I for as long as the estrogen patch contains liquid estrogen. By default, stored liquid estrogen will deplete by one millibucket per three-hundred ticks. Servers can configure whether liquid estrogen is depleted, the depletion rate, and the level of Girl Power given to the player.
Once depleted, the player's Girl Power effect will no longer be renewed. The estrogen patch must be refilled using a spout with up to one bucket of liquid estrogen. This process can be repeated indefinitely with no diminishing results. An item drain can be used to extract the stored liquid estrogen from an estrogen patch.
