I'm working on FineTeX-2.0, but since there is a lot of work with it, I've decided to publish this last version of FineTeX-1.

A lot of work has been done to fix bugs and improve error messages. Added new features. There were also breaking changes, but I suspect very few people are interested in them, because no one has used this utility. But now I hope much more people will know about it.
