Hardware selection:

• decide between arduino due and mega for all subsystem
• decide cameras (at a time we will be using 4 cameras)
  • arm - 2 cams (USB)
  • pose - 1, decide between zed (uses visual odometry) and others (USB) (ZED will require USB 3.0)
  • driving cam - 1 on a stand (USB)
  • science - 1 jvois (USB) (pointing towards ground), 1 color detection (USB)
