ThreadPool'demo 用VS2013以上的编译打开运行，使用的一些C++11语法 设计可以优化一下，将线程容器合并为一个，将Task对象作为竞争资源。线程容器里的所有线程竞争获取Task对象，执行完后重新竞争Task对象。这样可以避免手动调度线程和取消Task绑定，让线程执行和Task分离
