add user-specific alpha and beta with Gaussian prior
Case 1: When the user only has an idea about the mean of the prior distribution of alpha and beta
Case 2: When the user provides the mean and standard deviation of the prior distribution of alpha and beta
In both cases the distribution is assumed to be Gaussian
