Web elements have been removed as they were a potential security issue. Gui has been implemented. commands.txt is still the main means of adding commands.
Added Permission system to bot, default tiers are;
0 - Everyone
1 - Subs, VIP, Mods, Broadcaster, and anyone in auth_users.txt
2 - VIP, Mods, Broadcaster, and anyone in auth_users.txt
3 - Mods, Broadcaster, and anyone in auth_users.txt
4 - Broadcaster and anyone in auth_users.txt

auth_users have owner level permissions for if you don't sign the bot into your account.
