Unit Testing

This release adds a few small fixes for the migrations scripts and makes the code more testable.
Furthermore, it adds unit tests for the two core packages thus covering all the required code for this repo.
Lastly, it add automated testing, dependency review and scheduled security&vulnerability checks as github actions.
