This update adds support for CTSM to update-cems-machines through a new --mode option. The command line arguments of update-cems-machines have also been improved avoiding the need to specify which machine files to update.

update-cesm-machines [-h] [-d] [-v] [-m {cesm,ctsm}] [-s SOURCES] extras_path
