Replace apex DNS record with A records for GitHub pages (docs: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/configuring-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site/managing-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site). This should fix things after #1571 and #1572. Part of #1550.

Replace apex DNS record with A records for GitHub pages (docs: https://docs.github.com/en/pages/configuring-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site/managing-a-custom-domain-for-your-github-pages-site). This should fix things after #1571 and #1572. Part of #1550.

This updates DNS to send API server traffic to our new tombstone page (see #1569). Once this is done and propagated, I'll start shutting down production services.
