Per discussion with @KyleGospo, this was added for Bazzite but is no longer required as it is part of the fsync kernel. This is a good time to remove as builds are failing for F41 and we are preparing for that release now.

After we merge this, we also should remove the package from COPR: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ublue-os/akmods/package/openrgb/
