GMLauncher v1.01

Changes in v1.01:

• "HOST SERVER" button now becomes disabled if the "Server" folder is not included inside the "HITMAN2" folder.
• Both "GMLauncher.exe" and "Hitman2Patcher.exe" now must be in the "HITMAN2" folder to work.
• Added instructions to apply Custom Wide Artwork to the Steam shortcut.

Notice to updating the Steam shortcut:

Modifying the "Target" field in the shortcut's properties may cause Steam to undo all the custom artwork previously applied. Sorry.
