Bump all versions of the stack.

NOTE: This is broken and exits with

"service "contracts-incal|topos" didn't complete successfully: exit 1

@dvdplm Can you simply retry? Sometimes one of the deployment transactions randomly fails. I didn't get any problem on my machine.
