DO NOT MERGE.

This branch's only purpose is to serve as a convenient way to run E2E tests with a different config.json setup. We should keep this branch as updated as possible.

# eg. to target this branch when publishing using feather CLI:
feather prod chains publish \
  --key='...' \
  --launch-time=(date -d +60min +%s) \
  --repo='https://github.com/terra-money/feather-core#test/e2e' \
  --stake-dist-strat='equal#v1.0.0'
