This pulls in seanmonstar/reqwest#2080, which means that
macos-system-configurationis disabled by default, which I want for… complicated macOS sandboxing reasons.Note that, as far as I can tell, the fact that default features are disabled here means that the Taplo CLI is using an HTTP library without TLS support? But in my case I just want formatting, so it doesn’t matter.
