Based on @RandyLevensalor 's answer to issue #4 I have made an update that allows you to change the mode to cool, heat, range, or off and show the current mode. I have tested it with the nest I just got and it seems to work. Thanks for starting this project I just installed the thermostat tonight and I have already controlled it from python.
