Conversion to slice TIFF parameters

Required

• -i <path to export.n5 directory>

Optional

• -s <index of scale level>: sets the resolution level used for conversion. -s 0 means full resolution (default), -s 1 means 2x2 downsampled, and so on.
• --compress: enables LZW compression for output TIFF slices. WARNING: Can be much slower than without compression.
• --sameDir: instead of grouping output files into separate directories for each channel, prepend all filenames with the channel index and store all slices in the same directory.
• --leadingZeroes: pad slice indices in filenames with leading zeroes.
