To do a manual backup

Look this first

On Windows

1. Acess the folder: %AppData%\com.i53\Aletheia Bible Study
2. Copy the file to secure place: "dbAletheia-user.sqlite"

On a new instalation

1. Open the app for the first time
2. Close the app
3. Acess the folder: %AppData%\com.i53\Aletheia Bible Study
4. Replace the file "dbAletheia-user.sqlite" with your backup

On Versions above 1.0.14

1. Open the App
2. Open the Menu Config
3. Go to the Database Section
4. Click on Backup Database User Manual
5. Select a folder to save your backup
6. This is to Restore a. On new install, open the app normal, and follow the steps above 1 to 3, and click to Restore User Database
