Link kobotoolbox output with demand profile input

Maybe the excel table downloaded from kobotoolbox could be directly uploaded and processed within the tool. The processing would:

• Calculate wealth level / demand tiers corresponding to households
• (optional) automatically set up the household groups input in the demand estimation view
• (alternative) provide guidance to the user about how to set up the household groups based on the kobotoolbox input
