This milestone is mostly about getting Voxe work inside Voxelmetric and thus turn it into Voxe(lmetric):
- implement Voxe's core
- chunk logic decoupled from chunk data
- optimized geometry generation from Voxe adjusted so that it can work with configurable blocks
- throw out ugly parts of Voxelmetric and make them undergo a strong unuglification
