Tests passing with MW 1.26 and SMW 2.4

This is a bugfix version, with all provided unit tests passing.

Compatibility

Tested with:

MediaWiki 1.26.4
Semantic MediaWiki 2.4.1
PHP 5.6.11

Known issues

Some issues have been seen with HHVM (3.15.2).

Installation

Please the new simplified installation procedure via composer, or the vagrant box!
