This will introduce new behavior in the run-stage command, since yip will try to execute yaml config even if it fails to load a subset of the files found in the current configuration dir. Signed-off-by: Fredrik Lönnegren <[email protected]>

Yip v1.9.5 improves the handling of errors in yaml configs.
This means we can start passing
--strictflag toelemental-setup-*services to report any errors as service failures.
