seems good, I don't know what the support life-cycle plan for Gophercloud is though. In other words to support older clouds maybe it would be worth checking for both? The good thing is this is easy to work around regardless, just confusing if things don't match the OpenStack docs.

The environment
OS_DOMAIN_IDandOS_DOMAIN_NAMEon OpenStack Mitaka and Newton was deprecated, usingOS_USER_DOMAIN_IDandOS_USER_DOMAIN_NAMEinstead of it.
