Fix incoming message notification not shown in IVI
When the IVI is paired with another device via Bluetooth, it will now display SMS notifications if the connected device receives them which was not coming in version 33 of the apk This issue has been resolved in the latest version 34 of the Google MessengerPrebuilt APK Test Done: 1. Flash the image with the New Apk or Push the apk in already running image 2. Connect ivi to refrence pixel device via bluetooth 3. Send sms to pixel device 4.
