This all looks good. Thanks so much 😄
The test failures on GitHub I believe are due to out-of-date GitHub actions workflows which can be fixed later (#240).
The tests all work fine for me on my machine.
I also tested out running the tool in Galaxy and verified that passing the complex mutations file works properly.
