CNF-14658: Replace clusterTemplateRef field with templateName and templateVersion

• Replace clusterTemplateRef with two new fields - templateName and templateVersion, which represent the referenced ClusterTemplate.
• The name of ClusterTemplate should be formatted as <templateName.templateVersion>
