We are sorry if we spent a long time reviewing your PR, there are 124 files changed after all and we wanted to leave an honest review!

For any pull request to be accepted, it has to follow some guidelines.
1- The PR title has to describe the changes clearly
2- and each project should be well organized and attached with a README.md file (you can't create empty projects, or projects without a README.md file) that explains very well what the project is about and how it works (you can check existing projects as a sample to learn from)
3- and it's better to create one PR for each project to keep things well organized and traceable.
