Final Updated Scripts for 2024 data update

This release is of the final scripts used for the 2024 data update to the portal! Key changes from last year are highlighted below:

1. The EBS data series now starts in 1987. Previously, 1985 was included, but it was determined that the that earlier year was more of an experimental year and that the survey didn't start a more consistent sampling footprint until 1987 onward.
2. For the WCANN survey, we switched from using the depth_m column to the depth_hi_prec_m column for the depth used to define the strata. This was done because for some hauls the depth_m was not provided but it was provided under the depth_high_prec_m column.
3. For GMEX the time series now starts in 2010 instead of 2008. 2008-2009 were experimental years sampling in the eastern Gulf.
4. In the SE Fall survey, the decision was made this year to remove some poorly sampled strata instead of poorly sampled years. This enabled us to keep data from 2018-2022 which would otherwise have been removed if we removed years instead of strata.

Updated Compile script!

This release updates the download_ak file to provide script on how to download the data automatically from oracle, FOSS using the API, or from google drive folder. In this release there are also updated to the Compile script, particularly in how the AK survey data and the Gulf of Mexico survey data are processed.

Updated Repo organization, ReadMEs, and R scripts

This update to the DisMAP repository included:

• updated the ReadME text for the main page
• added a ReadMe to the dismap_processing_rcode folder
• updated the Compile_Dismap_Current.R folder to now map to the updated repo organizational structure
• moved the DisMAP.Rproj file to be under the dismap_processing_rcode folder
• deleted the "DisMAP Presentation June 21, 2022.docx"

These are the R scripts (@Melissa-Karp), python and geofiles (@john-f-kennedy-noaa), resources, and content used to write and produce and publish the 2023 DisMAP application. Scripts here are not necessarily in working order as the repository has undergone major folder reorganization, but contain the key scripts for past production.
