Go - resizing server

React client and go server for fast image resize. Milestones for adding features:

1st milestone

• working server + client for resizing images: uploading, resizing, downloading, clearing

2nd milestone

Add following features:

• resizing pdf
• compressing pdf
• convert jpg - png - pdf (possible)
• convert pdf - epub - djvu - word - rtf - txt (possible)

3rd milestone

• short links
• screenshots - 'browsershots'
