This repository contains a series of self-guided R workshops designed to be run during the Integrative Biomedical Sciences 3 (IBMS3) third year course, as part of the Biomedical Sciences Programme at the joint University of Edinburgh - University of Zhejiang Institute in Haining, China.
The files are provided as R Markdown (.rmd) files, as well as the knitted PDF.
