Symfony 5.4 will stop receiving bug fixes on November 2024.
This PR removes Symfony 5.4 as a supported version (6.4 is new minimum). Additionally various pieces of code have been modified to remove compatibility logic between Symfony versions.
This also requires a minimum PHP version bump to 8.1.
