Includes updates since last v2.2 dev release, these noteworthy:
- #167: more automatic entry-points i.e. anything starting with
ingredient... .py,custom... .py(in that order, then alphabetical) - #171: on-the-fly compilation of ProcessSandbox, means it's never missed (Windows)
- #175: node name templates, e.g.
$HOSTNAME Computer ($MAC)or... Display (S/N ${SERIAL NUMBER})
