Motivation, Context, and Description
The OpenAPI extensions for Kernel and RestApiOperationResponse classes are are moved to the Microsoft.SemanticKernel namespace to follow the same approach taken by other Import* extensions like ImportPluginFromType, ImportPluginFromObject etc.
