[Deps]Use MSTest meta package instead of individual test packages (#3…

…4019) ## Summary of the Pull Request This is a follow up on #33964 where using the MSTest meta package brings in all necessary test dependencies as well as enabled MSTest.Analyzers for common test code misconfigurations. Coverlet package has not been used, thus removing.
