GlobalPlatformPro support secure channels SCP01, SCP02 and SCP03 with 3DES and AES keys (all lengths).
Normally the gp utility tries to connect to the issuer security domain (ISD), which is auto-detected. If the auto-detection fails for whatever reason or you want to connect to a supplementary security domain (SSD) or some application that supports secure channels, specify the AID of the domain or applet with -c/--connect. The usual options and information about Keys applies here as well.
