Update the version. Cleanup a logging smell. Remove a deprecated function in several places.
Start work on v1.9
Still need to update DH
Updating all dependencies
Removed Confluent Platform install and command-line stuff.
Switch to Confluent Platform via Docker
Merging into a single test-app
Can now include Kafka headers in the document metadata
Update the User Documentation. Add examples of JSON Connector configuration. Cleanup outdated examples files. Update the version number. Convert the transform example to a JUnit test.
Prepare for 1.9 release.
Added a note to help with using Ruby and Jekyll.
