Trac Theme based on Twitter Bootstrap

This code is under Public License.

This is a quick hack to add bootstrap theme to Trac.

This is far from being complete.

The provided makefile will start the trac testing environment from the
current folder and will load password from a 'passewd' file.

To get external depedencies, run: make deps
