Slicing profiles for MakeHaven 3D printers

Installation

Clone repo to /home/pi on each octoprint instance

Run install.sh to create crontab entry.

Edit/add profiles in the appropriate directories on github. On reboot, each octoprint will pull and update its slicing profiles
