Install dependencies

bundle install

ruby setup/create_schema.rb

Running server locally (via Thin)

ruby runserver.rb

Running hosted server (via Unicorn)

# Update app_dir in unicorn.rb
# mkdir for /pids and /logs

unicorn -c unicorn.rb -D
