Running locally:
- make sure you are on npm -v 21.2.0 or higher (nvm should pick this up)
- install artillery globally (npm i -g artillery)
- configure values in .env (cp .env.example .env)
- configure .yaml files
- run npm run test:spike or npm run test:soak
