Welcome to the omics_workshop wiki!

Here we will go over the general command-line hands-on activities necessary to move smoothly through the bioinformatics training process.

We will allow users to copy+paste their commands into their environments as needed but recommend others, with more familiarity with the command-line to write each character themselves.

Please follow the daily sessions in the right-hand side for any hands-on activity you will be performing

Starting the Conda Env

IF you followed Day 1 install procedures, whenever you open the terminal (or WSL for Windows), always run

cd $HOME/omics_workshop && conda activate omics_workshop
