Update 1.6.2 - fixed config

Fixed a config entry being named incorrectly.
Fixed an encoding issue potentially causing an extra Â near color codes.

So basically, I'm an idiot and published a release without testing - this couldn't go right in any of the 14'000'605 futures ;)

Oh and the config system now backs up your old config on a config version bump

Update 1.6 - Migration to Velocity 3.1.x

The plugin now works with Velocity 3.x.
(1.x/1.1.x is discontinued and unsafe to use)

Update 1.5 - install immediately

It's been a while since the last update and the plug-in hasn't been working for possibly months - sorry about that, I did NOT realize that iplegit.com, the service/database I used randomly shut down with no reason to find.

Bad news first:

I'm now using iphub.info - This has 2 downsides:

1. The request limit is now lower: 1000 IPs/day free, paid for more, instead of the previous 5k.
2. You have to register/claim a key here

Not ideal, but the best alternative I could find that isn't super expensive and/or complex.

The good news:

AntiVPN now supports not only Velocity, but Bungeecord/Waterfall, too. This is barely tested, so PLEASE report any bugs you encounter.

I also fixed a few small bugs and improved the handling of web requests.

Update 1.4

Added a new feature that shows players the door before joining - in the server's MOTD.
Fixed a bug that made the plugin show the wrong version

Update 1.3

Added an option to use a configurable bypass permission - at the cost of fully processing the login, instead of canceling it very early.
Added new bugs to fix later. 🐛
